Having spent 150 years perfecting the art of rum-making, the Serallés family have been making exceptional rum for six generations, since 1865.

Don Q is a traditional dry, Spanish-style rum, made without any added sugars, colours or additives. Using a proprietary yeast strain and surface water filtered naturally through volcanic rocks, Don Q uses a single and multiple column distillation to create the heavy, light and medium rums used in their blends before being laid to age in American white oak barrels.
