The world of rum is home to distillers, blenders and bottlers of all shapes and sizes, but there are a few iconic brands that have punctuated the spirit’s rich history. In this session, join The Whisky Exchange’s Dawn Davies MW and Velier’s Daniele Biondi for an exploration of some of the icons of rum, from some of the most recognisable names in the world to the under-the-radar rums whose influence is still felt today. The lineup for this tasting will explore some of the most influential rums to be produced: from Caroni to Havana Club, and everything in between.
