Everything begins at the state‑of‑the‑art DropWorks distillery in Nottinghamshire, where Grade A molasses is fermented slowly with DropWorks’ own wild Trinity yeast to build layers of flavour before it ever sees a still. The distillery runs three different still types – column, pot and the UK’s first copper double retort, each creating its own distinct character. By artfully blending these profiles, the team composes rums with real depth and definition, from crystal‑clear, unaged spirits to deep, cask‑matured Drops.
