At heart we are a rum and whisky distillery. We love taking raw ingredients and producing spirits, and where possible we use local ingredients.

We use temperature-controlled fermentation along with direct fired copper pot stills to maximise flavour creation and a range of cask types for maturation. Everything is done by hand with next to no automation. We are a true micro distillery producing unique high-quality hand-crafted spirits.
